HEARTWORK is a movement series that travels through love, one chapter at a time.

Chapter one: Goodbyes
The songs you played on repeat and what they left in your body. If you’ve ever experienced any anxieties or heartaches around goodbyes that you’ve found hard to put into words, this is your opportunity to process them through movement in a safe space.

What to expect:

• We ground first
• Then move through songs
• A safe, gentle space to feel your emotions
• Journaling session 
• Optional sharing tea circle 

No choreography. No dance experience needed.
Just familiar songs, and a body that remembers.

The session will begin on time so please do arrive 5-8 min before your class time to get settled in.
